What are the requisites
for joining Keionics?
In order to become an Affiliate at Keionics you should have a referral
ID, or the link of your referrer, through which you can join and become
an Affiliate.
What is the cost of becoming an Affiliate?
In order to become an Affiliate at Keionics during the time of the
prelaunch one has to pay the Member Subscription fee of USD 180 if it is
paid through the Internal E Wallet system which a Friend can pay through
his wallet for you. If you use the Processor (Alert Pay), the Processing
fee of USD 12.96 has to be paid extra. How ever the cost of the package
will be reviewed in future, at the time of the launch.
Is Keionics a Pyramid Scheme?
No, Absolutely Not: – Keionics is a Travel Service package which any
Affiliate can use to fulfill his travel needs as and when he requires.
The Affiliate will be rendered 10 services in 12 months time of Joining
through which he/she can save much more than his Initial subscription
amount.
How Is Keionics different to other mlm companies?

Do I need to sell Any Products?
No - you don’t need to sell any products at Keionics. It is an affiliate
program where every affiliate will enjoy the services of the company and
the company’s service providers.
What Do I have to do help my team mates for their bookings?
Absolutely Nothing – You have to tell him to submit his booking form
within his ID. The rest will be taken care by the Companies Booking
Department. You are carefree!
Is there any recurring monthly cost involved in the Affiliate Program?
No – There is no recurring Monthly cost or auto ship to be paid out of
your pocket to remain in the program. You have to pay only once to be in
the program. On the completion of one full year you will have to renew
your membership package.
Is there any yearly Renewal fee involved?
Yes – there will be a very low and affordable annual membership renewal
fee which will be announced at the time of the launch. However you will
get 10 additional services on account of your renewal subscription which
you will be entitled to avail and will stand valid for one year.
What will be the annual renewal date?
The last renewal date will be one day before your date of joining of the
following year. Please ensure that you pay for your renewal before your
year is completed.
What if I do not renew before my renewal date?
Failing to pay your renewal fee before the last date you will loose your
position. This is Important. There is no grace period. However you will
receive intimation for the same in advance for this from the management,
in your Keionics mail box within your ID.
When do I receive my earnings?
You will receive the referral and the cyclic bonuses in real time in
your back office. The Monthly residual and the Global pool Bonuses shall
be paid on a monthly basis on the 3rd of every month or the next working
day in case of a weekend or holiday.
Are there any charges or fee applicable to my earnings?
No – As of now the management has decided to deduct no charges for the
maintenance, except the processing charges on your withdrawal.
What if my e wallet fund is missing in my account?
Your e-wallet is your Keionics Cash and like your online bank account.
The site of Keionics is secured and your back office shows your
accounts. Every transaction is recorded in your back office. The double
security of the transitory password is provided to you, which you should
keep secret and share it with no one. The company in no way can be held
responsible for the same.
How can I withdraw my earnings?
You can withdraw your earnings through Alert Pay, Our payment
processors. You should enter your Alert pay email in your back office
profile before making a request for the withdrawal. Once processed, you
will receive the funds in Your Alert Pay account within 2 working days.
Is there any free involved in withdrawing my funds?
Yes, A Processing fee of $3 will be charged to process your withdrawal
to your Alert Pay account for any amount requested. The minimum
withdrawal will be of $10.
I do not have an Alert Pay account. How can I open one?
Very simple, just click on the button below and fill in all your details
and you have an Alert Pay account of your Own.

How can I en-cash my earnings through Alert Pay?
On receiving the funds you can withdraw the same through the following
options from your Alert pay account: Alert Pay supports about 200+
countries worldwide.
a) Request a transfer on your VISA or MasterCard debit/credit card.
b) Request Alert pay for a Bank wire.
c) Request Alert pay for a direct deposit in your Bank account
(applicable in some countries only)
d) Request Alert pay for a Cheque.

What will be the charges or fee to withdraw through Alert Pay?
The Applicable Alert Pay fees for the transfer of funds from you Alert
pay account to your opted choice in your country can be checked by the

will be able to see the charges for the withdrawal charged by Alert Pay.

Do I have to sponsor anyone to avail the services of the company?
No – In order to avail the services of the company you need not to
sponsor anyone, However if you want to get the advantage of earning from
the various bonuses, you will have to sponsor minimum one or three
persons depending on the incomes you plan to earn out of the Affiliate
program.
How many persons can I sponsor in this Program?
You can sponsor any number of persons in the Keionics Affiliate Program.
There is no limit on the number of sponsoring you can make. The more you
sponsor the more you benefit out of the program. You are rewarded
handsomely for more sponsoring and helping your referrals succeed.

What is the advantage of referring more than 3 persons?
The more persons refer you benefit more.
a) You earn more Referral Income.
b) Secondly, you will have the power of that many persons and their
referrals (your second generation) helping you cycle in the cyclic Pools and you will cycle much faster thus generating a very
handsome income therein.
c) Thirdly, you will be helping your team in the Monthly Residual by
generating spills for them and thus stabilizing your own monthly bonuses.
d) Lastly, in the Global Royalty Pools you will be climbing the ladder
of your pools as and when your direct referrals move into the Executive Monthly matrix.
So it is always better with this Compensation structure to have only one
position per family and sponsor as many as possible and help them
succeed. The Keionics management suggests educating all your team mates
to grow with one placement only; as there will be more to come in the
future and you can earn Unlimited with one placement per family.
Is there any capping or ceiling on the Bonus earnings?
Yes and No – For the Referral Income NO capping. For the cyclic pool
Bonuses NO capping. For the Monthly Residual Bonus it is $1206 per month
in the Economy Residual and $311,073 per month in the Executive Residual
as of now, in the prelaunch. For the Global Royalty Pools, you can get
your share in maximum 3 pools at a given point of time.
When will I get my Achievement Reward once I achieve them?
You will get the reward at the national conventions which will be held
every six months OR as and when the Country Manager decides.
Will the Achievement Rewards affect my other earnings?
The provisions are made separately for the distribution of the rewards
and they will not affect your other Bonuses or Income streams.
Is the business centre (ID) transferable?
No – Once you have paid for a Business Centre (ID) it is yours and you
cannot transfer it to anyone. However in case of any mishappening your
beneficiary, the name of whom you have entered at the time of the
registration, shall be entitled for the earnings, once they submit the
succession certificate to the management. If the management receives no
intimation within 3 months then all the earnings of such ID’s will be
transferred to the Global Charity Pool on a monthly basis till the time
they intimate and your beneficiaries will not stand valid for any claim
of the sum donated previously. The legal processing fee will be involved
in the processing of the late submission of the succession certificate
by the beneficiary.
Is there any tax deduction from our payout?
No - Keionics is a Global organisation and we do not deduct any taxes as
of now. It is your responsibility to pay the taxes of your country and
abide vide the laws of your nation regarding the various taxations
applicable there.
Can I get a refund of my membership?
No – Once you have paid for your membership you cannot get the refund.
We have no refund policy. Remember, once the login is made the
commissions are immediately disbursed from our end in real time.
Is there any forced usage of the services?
Unlike the other general Affiliate programs, this is a true service
package which you can use according to your needs, as and when you
require. There is no forced usage or product purchase involved. However
Quota of your services stand valid for one year only.
How do I book or use the services?

Can I send my friend on a vacation instead of me?
No – Keionics offers services to its members and their family members
only. The services can be used by the other family members, the details
of whom you have listed at the time of the registration. They include
your spouse, dependant children, and dependant parents only. Violating
these service terms may lead to the termination of your Business Centre.
What are the languages to interact with the support?
As of now we will be using English as the major Interacting language
until further notice.
What kinds of services does Keionics have?
We currently will be catering to the travel needs of our affiliates
consisting of the Hotel/Resort Booking though two different modes namely
Acknowledged mode and Advantage mode along with Associated Airline
Ticket Bookings.
What is Acknowledged Mode?
This is a safe mode of reserving your hotel stay. If you want a sure
booking you should opt for this mode. The discounts offered in this mode
of booking may vary from 10% to 35% on the Fair Price list of the
Hotels/Resorts.
What is Advantage Mode?
This is an Exclusive Service provided to our Affiliates. Through this
mode of booking an Affiliate can enjoy the maximum amount of discount,
ranging from 30% to 70% on the fair price List of the Hotels/Resorts.
This Mode of booking is applicable for short stays only. Once booked,
any changes or cancellation are not allowed in this mode. The only risk
factor involved here is that your booking may not show upon your
reaching the destination. The chances of this happening are only 3%.
How long will it take Keionics to quote & process my booking?
When you initiate a booking process by submitting your requirements from
your back office, then within 3 working days we will reply you on your
Keionics email within your back office with a reminder sms for the best
bargain options. You are then required to reply with 24 hours for
confirmation and transfer the required amount from your internal
e-wallet to us. Once all your requirements are confirmed and the amount
transferred then we will get your booking confirmed and a confirmation
email will be sent to you with a reminder sms, within 48 hours. If you
for some unforeseen reason do not receive an email from us, please send
an email with the details of your reservation to bookings@keionics.com.
Do I pay any reservation fee?
No, as an affiliate you get 10 services for tenure of 12 months from the
date of your joining thereafter on every renewal you get the same
facilities.
Is breakfast included in the price?
In general breakfast is not included. If it is included in the price it
will be mentioned.

Are taxes included in the room rates?
Taxes are included in the room rates, unless stated separately.
Will I have to pay for the extra service and facilities availed during
my stay?
Yes, Keionics is only responsible for booking the Hotel/Resort for you.
You will have to pay for any extra facility or service availed by you,
during your stay such as incidental charges, meals, meal supplements,
mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry etc.
How do I pay for the extras?
You can pay through cash or through your credit card directly to the
Hotel/Resort for the extras. Some hotels may ask you for your credit
card on your check-in and the same shall be returned to you once you
check out after all the dues are cleared.
How many rooms can I book in one reservation?
The maximum number of rooms that can be booked in any one service should
coordinate with the total number of your family members mentioned in
your ID. No 3rd party reservation will be entertained.
What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
The check-in and check-out times differ from and hotel to hotel. You
will find them on the general information web page of the hotel. If you
are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to send your
special requirement in the Note field in the bookings form and let the
hotel know in advance. There could be an extra charge for the same.
How do I find out if a hotel allows pets?
We advise you to check the information concerning Hotel facilities at
the general hotel information web page.
Where can I find contact details and location of the hotel?
Complete details, basic map and directions will be given, after you have
made the reservation, in the confirmation email. But, on the hotel page
you find location, direction details and an extensive map of the area
around the hotel.
What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.
We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?
Are the Hotel/Resort rates per person or per room?
All rates are per room per night, unless stated differently.
How can I change my booking date?
This facility is available only in the Acknowledged mode. To change the
date of your booking – you are required to send your request for any
changes to bookings@keionics.com from within your back office e-mail.
Then within 3 working days we will revert back on the along with a
reminder SMS for the Change of date fee charged by the hotel. You are
then required to reply with 24 hours for confirmation and transfer the
required amount from you e-wallet to us. Once all your requirements are
confirmed and the amount transferred, we will get your booking date
changed & confirmed and a confirmation email will be sent to you with a
reminder SMS, within 48 hours. For this activity your 1 service will be
consumed
How can I cancel my booking?
This facility is available only in the Acknowledged mode. To cancel your
booking – you are required to send your request to bookings@keionics.com
from within your back office e-mail. Then within 3 working days we will
revert back to you on the same along with a reminder sms for the
Cancellation charged by the hotel. You are then required to reply with
24 hours for the cancellation confirmation to us. On receiving the same,
we will get your booking cancelled and confirmation email will be sent
to you. Your refund money (leftover) will be deposited in your e-wallet
on receipt of the same by us. For this activity your 1 service will be
consumed.
Do I pay a cancellation fee?
No, Keionics will not charge you a cancellation fee. except that your 1
service will be considered as used. However, the charges charged by the
hotel will have to be borne by you
